The day that commemorates America's independence from Great Britain and the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. It's a weekend celebrated with firework displays, parades, barbecues, picnics, concerts, sports, ceremonies, speeches and most popular of all, plenty of beer. Next to Thanksgiving, I think it's one of the most popular weekends. I've never been in Florida for the fourth of July and the weather today is not cooperating. Of course, it may not last and the fireworks aren't until tomorrow night, so here's hoping! I wish everyone a happy fun filled fourth.
